C’est la vie

First of all, obviously this is my first post in 2008… Happy New Year!

1 week++ New Year holidays are going to end soon… Tomorrow is Russia’s Christmas and final day of holidays too… then class till Thursday and then next Monday will be the launch of the cruel final exam… and I didn’t really study much during this holiday… God bless…

I think no need to do a review bout my past 2007… Nothing much significant occurred also… Just mostly dull and plain uni life… The highlight of 2007 must be the trip to Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Doha, and of course my summer holidays back in Malaysia! Indeed, traveling makes a person have more experience and exposure…

Need to mention that since the beginning of my 1st sem of 2nd year, quite a number of unexpected but unfortunate things happened… Let alone did terribly in some tests, there were some other troubles in life, i.e. tax department blocked my parcel, problem when handling new comers and trouble when planning winter break trip… I believe many of them occurred not due to my fault, but sometimes when bad things wanna happen they just happen…

But I learnt to take up the problem independently and courageously… I realized sometimes it’s better to go try myself instead of keep relying and troubling others to settle something for you while I just waiting their help throughout the process... No regret and no any blaming if I have tried myself…

Anyway, bad things are always not welcomed… So I really wish that New Year brings a totally new, fresh and positive hope into my life…

Good thing did happen in this 2008 already… The annual VSMU International Students’ Games just ended this Saturday… I managed to win first place in table tennis competition… Largely thanks to the absent of 6th year Vietnam senior cum defending champion…

But what made me most glad is actually my achievement in badminton competition… Actually I never intended to compete in badminton, but just that day the next game after table tennis was badminton…So I pun ‘shun bian’ registered and wanna play for fun… Mana tau aid with good luck in draw in knock-out competition, I successfully defeated 4 players to enter semi final, then only lost to a Malaysian senior who is top player of our uni team and emerge as winner in the end…

Talking bout badminton, I actually got went training for 3 years since standard 4 then only I stopped training and focus on table tennis when entered high school… and I was under the same coach with Lee Chong Wei ( guess nobody don’t know him gua…) So we often met in training courts lo… he has been hyper outstanding since his high school time… Anyway I’m not close to him la... Don’t ask me to help getting his signature since I don’t even have one for myself also…hehe… However, after so many years, the feeling of making jumping smash is still indescribably ‘syok’…

Crapping too much ad… proves that I’m bored… and outside is so cold recently, around -15C in daytime… and study also mostly cant enter my brain arrrrrrrrr….

How do you feel when you are entering 21?? This number of age gives me a scary feeling… as in terms of thinking and maturity, I really don’t think that I have reached the stage that match with this age… Anyway, age is just a symbol of number and it doesn’t necessary match with anything right…

Life should be a meaningful and lively one…
Wish that my 2008 will be colourful, joyful and interesting too…
